What is your return policy?

We offer an unconditional, customer satisfaction guarantee for products purchased within the previous 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

It depends on the type of change that needs to be made. Please contact customer support at support@bmismart.com and we will work with you to determine how best to resolve your issue.

bmiSMART™ boxes, product inserts, and shipping boxes can be recycled with your other paper products.

What if my order was damaged in transit or missing?

Oh no! We're happy to help, but first, please contact the carrier that delivered the product to your door. If they are unable to assist you, please contact our customer support team at support@bmiSMART.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We partner with UPS, FedEx and USPS to ensure your products arrive quickly. As soon as your product ships we'll email you the tracking information. You can also log in to your account on bmismart.com to view your order/tracking information at any time.

Where is my order?

You can view the status of your order by logging in to your account on bmismart.com. Click on an order number to view the order details page and then click on the tracking number in the item description. Alternatively, or if you ordered from us as a guest, you can refer to the tracking information that was sent to you via email when your order was fulfilled.

To where does bmiSMART™ ship?

We ship throughout the United States, including all U.S. military locations around the world. We also ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our policies do not prohibit shipping to PO boxes.

Where do you source bmiSMART™ ingredients?

The active ingredients in our products are sourced from plants farmed in Europe and Asia using suppliers who practice environmentally conscious farming methods.

How are bmiSMART™ products made?

Each bmiSMART™ product is produced in conformance with the International Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and International Standards Organization (ISO) 13485. We begin with the fruits, roots, leaves and seeds from plants grown in pristine regions across the globe. Using the best health-science technology available, we extract and transform these ingredients into innovative, therapeutic compounds that work in your body without the need for harmful chemicals. Then each product is rigorously tested for safety and efficacy long before it goes anywhere near your body.

Where should I store bmiSMART™ products?

bmiSMART™ products should be kept in a dry place at room temperature (77°F) or below. As with all health supplements, please keep these products out of reach of children.

What is the shelf-life of bmiSMART™ products?

While we can't imagine anyone letting them go unused this long, bmiSMART™ products do have a shelf-life of up to three years.

Usage

Can I take bmiSMART™ products at the same time?

All bmiSMART™ products can be safely combined for weight loss results. However, we recommend that you take I-CONTROL separately from other bmiSMART™ products. This is because I-CONTROL’s bulking effect may mask the efficacy of other products.

When and how should I take each product?

  • I-REMOVE
  • For weight loss: Take 2 tablets with liquid, 3 times per day - immediately after each main meal.
  • For maintaining you target weight: Take 2 tablets with liquid as needed - immediately after a fatty meal.
  • I-BLOCK
  • For weight loss: Take 2 tablets with liquid, 2 times per day—before your 2 main meals each day.
  • For maintaining your target weight: Take 2 tablets with liquid as needed—before any meal containing carbohydrates or sugars.
  • I-CONTROL
  • For weight loss: Take 2 whole capsules with at least 8 ounces of liquid, 3 times per day - 30 minutes before each main meal.
  • For maintaining your target weight: Take 2 whole capsules with at least 8 ounces of liquid, as needed - 30 minutes before a meal.

We recommend taking I-REMOVE and I-BLOCK together according to their suggested use directions as provided above, on the product packaging and product web pages. However, no studies have been conducted to investigate the additional efficacy and safety of the concurrent use of these two products. The above recommendation has been proposed based on the products' mechanism of actions.

Due to I-CONTROL’s fibrous bulking effect, for maximum product efficacy, it is advisable to consume I-CONTROL separately. Additionally, as both I-REMOVE and I-CONTROL contain dietary fiber, we recommend you take these supplements with at least 8 glasses of water a day to avoid any possibility of constipation. Similar to a high dietary fiber diet, increased fiber consumption from I-REMOVE and I-CONTROL may result in increased flatulence. If any of these conditions persist, we strongly advise the user to consult a healthcare professional.

How should I eat while taking bmiSMART™ products?

While there is no prescribed diet to follow when taking bmiSMART™ products, users will see the most benefit from our products when coupled with a healthy, balanced diet.

Are bmiSMART™ products safe for kids and pregnant or nursing mothers?

The consumption of bmiSMART™ products is not recommended for children under 12 years of age or women who are pregnant or breast-feeding. Please consult your health care professional before giving bmiSMART™ products to anyone under 18 years of age.
