A couple of months ago, we “got the skinny” on some common questions from our loyal I-REMOVE customers. Our two experts, Sierra and Amber, gifted us with some of the wisdom they share with product users every day. This week, I have more questions to tackle.
When will I start to see results after I begin taking I-REMOVE?
The first thing I’ll say is everyone is different, therefore, I-REMOVE works differently for each person. Some people see results in the first few weeks, while it takes a bit longer for others. It really depends on each person’s diet and exercise habits, and the way the product works with each body.
So, what I eat impacts how well I-REMOVE works?
Yes, absolutely! I-REMOVE will help you get there faster, but diet is key. I-REMOVE works with any diet plan, but it’s not a magic pill. The healthier you eat, the better it will work. I-REMOVE works with the food you eat for each of your three main meals to remove up to 28% of the fat you consume, which can reduce your overall calorie intake.
If I eat healthy, will I see faster results?
Probably, but again it varies with each person. We recommend you take the product for at least 12 weeks to get the most out of it. Then, it can really get into your system and you’ll know what it’s capable of doing for your body. Remember that regular exercise will also improve your results.
Is there anything else I should know?
Just know that the number on the scale isn’t the only indicator of progress. It’s just as important to look at the inches lost. In fact, sometimes you need to lose inches and build muscle before you can lose weight. The important thing is to feel good about yourself. That’s real progress!
